The Metro C569L-SDS-UPDS is a mobile, full-height heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This pass-thru model features solid Dutch doors for easy access from both sides. Equipped with top mount controls and an analog thermometer, it allows for precise temperature management within a range of 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, keeping food at optimal serving temperatures.
With a universal pan capacity, it accommodates either (17) 18" x 26" or (32) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, supported by 1-1/2" adjustable wire slides for versatile storage options. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and ease of cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with 1440 watts and 12 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
