The Metro C569L-SFC-LA is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This full-height cabinet features a durable, insulated construction with double-pane tempered glass doors for easy visibility. Equipped with top mount controls and an analog thermometer, it allows for precise temperature management within a range of 70°F to 200°F.
The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, while the cabinet can accommodate up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans, supported by 1-1/2" wire slides.
