The Metro C569L-SFC-LPFS is a mobile, full-height heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This pass-thru model features one double-pane tempered glass door and one solid door, providing easy access from both sides. Equipped with top-mounted controls and an analog thermometer, it allows for precise temperature management within a range of 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, while the cabinet can accommodate up to 35 full-size 18" x 26" pans on 1-1/2" wire slides. Built from durable 304 stainless steel, it includes 5" casters for mobility, with two casters featuring brakes for stability. Operating at 120V/60/1-ph, it delivers 1440 watts and 12 amps of power, meeting cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
