The Metro C569L-SFC-UPFCA is a mobile, full-height heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This pass-thru model features insulated, tempered double-pane glass doors for visibility and energy efficiency. Equipped with top mount controls and an analog thermometer, it allows for precise temperature management from 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, keeping food at optimal serving temperatures.
With a versatile capacity, it accommodates either (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, supported by 1-1/2" adjustable wire slides.
