The Metro C569L-SFC-UPFS is a mobile, full-height heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This pass-thru model features one tempered double-pane glass door and one solid door, providing easy access from both sides. Equipped with top-mounted controls and an analog thermometer, it allows for precise temperature management within a range of 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, keeping food at optimal serving temperatures.
With a universal pan capacity, it accommodates either (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, supported by 1-1/2" adjustable wire slides. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and ease of cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph, it delivers 1440 watts and 12 amps, meeting cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
