The Metro C585-SFS-UPFCA is a mobile, pass-thru heated cabinet designed for optimal temperature control and convenience. Featuring a 6.8" touch-screen interface, this 1/2 height cabinet is insulated for energy efficiency. It includes one solid door and one double-pane tempered glass door for easy access and visibility. The universal wire slides accommodate up to eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with adjustable spacing at 3" on center in 1-1/2" increments. Built with durable 304 stainless steel, it is equipped with 5" casters for mobility. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards and is proudly made in the USA.
