It accommodates up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 36 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with adjustable universal wire slides set at 3" on center, allowing for customization in pan placement.
Built with durable 304 stainless steel, the cabinet is both robust and easy to clean. It rolls smoothly on 5" casters, making it convenient to move as needed.
