The Metro C595-SFS-LPFS is a mobile, pass-thru heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. Featuring advanced C5™ 9 Series controlled humidity technology, it ensures consistent temperature and humidity levels for superior food quality. The cabinet is equipped with an intuitive 6.8" touch-screen control panel for easy operation. This 1/2 height cabinet accommodates up to eight 18" x 26" pans with 3" on center spacing, making it ideal for various food items. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it includes two solid doors for easy access and enhanced insulation. The unit is designed for mobility with 5" casters and features a polymer bumper and drip trough combination for added convenience and cleanliness.
