Featuring advanced C5™ 9 Series controlled humidity technology, it ensures precise temperature and humidity levels for holding and proofing. The cabinet is equipped with a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for easy operation. This 1/2 height cabinet accommodates up to eight 18" x 26" pans with 3" on center spacing, making it versatile for various food items. It includes one glass door and one solid door for easy access and visibility. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it features lip load slides for secure pan placement.
