The cabinet is equipped with a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for easy operation. This 1/2 height unit accommodates up to eight 18" x 26" pans with 3" on-center spacing, making it ideal for various food items. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it includes two solid doors for efficient access and a lip load slide system for secure pan placement. The cabinet is mounted on 5" casters for easy mobility and features a polymer bumper and drip trough combination for added protection and cleanliness.
