Featuring the advanced C5™ 9 Series technology, it includes a user-friendly 6.8" touch-screen control panel for precise humidity and temperature management. This 3/4 height cabinet is constructed with an insulated solid door and universal wire slides, accommodating up to 14 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 28 half-size 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with adjustable spacing at 3" on center in 1-1/2" increments.
Built from durable stainless steel, the cabinet is equipped with 5" casters for easy mobility, along with a polymer bumper and drip trough combination for added protection and cleanliness. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it meets NEMA 5-20P standards and is certified by cULus and NSF.
