The Metro C5R9-SB is a heavy-duty mobile refrigerated cabinet designed for optimal performance and convenience. Featuring the C5™ R-Series Refrigeration Armour™, this full-height unit is equipped with adjustable bottom load slides spaced 3.3 inches on center, allowing for customization in 1.65-inch increments. The all-in-one refrigeration cassette utilizes R134a refrigerant and includes an automatic defrost function.
This cabinet can accommodate either (13) 18" x 26" or (26) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, making it versatile for various storage needs. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel and featuring foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, it ensures excellent temperature retention. The operating temperature range is between 33°F to 40°F, factory pre-set at 35°F for optimal food preservation.
Mobility is enhanced with 6-inch casters, and the unit operates on a 120V/60/1 power supply with a 5.0 amp draw. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation requirements.
