The all-in-one refrigeration cassette utilizes R134a refrigerant and offers automatic defrost functionality. It has a generous capacity, holding either (13) 18" x 26" pans or (26) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. Constructed from 304 stainless steel with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, this cabinet maintains an operating temperature range of 33°F to 40°F, factory pre-set at 35°F.
