It accommodates up to (26) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, making it ideal for various food storage needs.
Equipped with a reliable all-in-one refrigeration cassette using R134a refrigerant, the C5R9-SFA offers an operating temperature range of 33°F to 40°F, factory pre-set at 35°F. The cabinet is constructed from 304 stainless steel and includes foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation for enhanced energy efficiency.
Mobility is facilitated by 6" casters, allowing for easy transport within your kitchen or food service area. The unit operates on a 120V/60/1 power supply with a 5.0 amp draw and is compliant with cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in commercial environments.
