The Metro C5R9-SLA is a heavy-duty mobile refrigerated cabinet designed for optimal performance and versatility. Featuring the C5™ R-Series Refrigeration Armour™, this full-height unit is equipped with adjustable lip load slides set at 3.3" on center, allowing for customization in 1.65" increments. The all-in-one refrigeration cassette utilizes R134a refrigerant and includes an automatic defrost function.
With a generous capacity, it can accommodate either (13) 18" x 26" or (24) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel and insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane, it ensures excellent temperature retention. The operating temperature range is between 33°F to 40°F, factory pre-set at 35°F for optimal food preservation.
Mobility is enhanced with 6" casters, and it operates on a 120V/60/1 power supply with a 5.0 amp draw. The unit is cULus and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens and food service operations.
