The Metro C5T5-ASBA is a heavy-duty mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food transport and storage. This half-height unit features the C5™ T-Series Transport Armour™ construction, ensuring durability and insulation. It includes adjustable bottom load slides with a spacing of 3-2/5" OC, accommodating up to (9) 18" x 26" or (18) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans.
The cabinet is equipped with a top mount analog thermometer and an electro-mechanical thermostat, allowing for precise temperature control with a maximum setting of 200°F. Constructed from 304 stainless steel and featuring foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, it maintains consistent heat while being easy to clean.
Mobility is enhanced with 6" casters, making it easy to transport. Operating at 120V/60/1 with a power output of 1400 watts and 12 amps, it meets NEMA 5-15P standards and is certified by cULus and NSF. Additionally, it is ENERGY STAR® rated, ensuring energy efficiency without compromising performance.
