The Metro C5T5-ASF is a mobile heated cabinet designed for durability and efficiency. This half-height unit features the C5™ T-Series Transport Armour™ construction, ensuring heavy-duty insulation for optimal temperature retention. It includes fixed lip load slides with 1-7/10" spacing, accommodating up to (18) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" or GN 1/1 (65mm) pans.
The cabinet is equipped with a top-mounted analog thermometer and an electro-mechanical thermostat, allowing for precise temperature control with a maximum setting of 200°F. Crafted from 304 stainless steel and featuring foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, it offers both strength and energy efficiency.
Mobility is enhanced with 6" casters, making it easy to transport. Operating at 120V/60/1 with 1400 watts and 12 amps, it is compliant with NEMA 5-15P, cULus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® standards, ensuring reliability and performance in any food service environment.
