The Metro C5T5-ASL is a mobile heated cabinet designed for durability and efficiency. This half-height unit features the C5™ T-Series Transport Armour™ construction, ensuring heavy-duty insulation for optimal temperature retention. It accommodates up to nine 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, making it versatile for various food storage needs.
Equipped with an adjustable lip load slide set at 3-2/5" on center, it allows for easy access and organization. The top-mounted analog thermometer and electro-mechanical thermostat provide precise temperature control, with a maximum operating temperature of 200°F.
Constructed from 304 stainless steel and featuring foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, this cabinet is built to last. It rolls smoothly on 6" casters for easy mobility.
