The Metro C5T5-DSF is a mobile heated cabinet designed for durability and efficiency. This half-height unit features the C5™ T-Series Transport Armour™ construction, ensuring heavy-duty insulation for optimal heat retention. It accommodates up to (18) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" or GN 1/1 (65mm) pans with fixed lip load slides spaced at 1-7/10".
Equipped with top-mounted solid-state digital controls, it allows for precise temperature management, reaching a maximum of 200°F. The cabinet is constructed from 304 stainless steel and includes foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation for enhanced thermal performance. Mobility is facilitated by 6" casters, making it easy to transport. Operating at 120V/60/1 with 1400 watts and 12 amps, it is compliant with NEMA 5-15P, cULus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® standards, ensuring both safety and energy efficiency.
