The Metro C5T8-ASB is a heavy-duty mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food transport and storage. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, it features foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation for superior heat retention. This cabinet has a 5/6 height and offers adjustable bottom load slides with a spacing of 3-2/5" on center, accommodating up to (14) 18" x 26" or (28) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans.
Equipped with a top mount analog thermometer and an electro-mechanical thermostat, it maintains a maximum temperature of 200°F. The cabinet is easy to maneuver with 6" casters and operates on 120V/60/1 power, drawing 1400 watts and 12 amps.
