Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, this cabinet features foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation for superior heat retention. With a 5/6 height and fixed lip load slides spaced at 1-7/10", it accommodates up to (28) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" or GN 1/1 (65mm) pans.
The top-mounted analog thermometer and electro-mechanical thermostat allow for precise temperature control, with a maximum temperature of 200°F. Equipped with 6" casters for easy mobility, this cabinet operates at 120V/60/1, drawing 1400 watts and 12 amps.
