The Metro C5T8-ASLA is a heavy-duty mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food transport and storage. This 5/6 height cabinet features Transport Armour™ insulation, ensuring efficient heat retention. It accommodates up to (14) 18" x 26" or (26) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, making it versatile for various food items. The adjustable lip load slides are set at 3-2/5" on center for easy access. Equipped with a top mount analog thermometer and an electro-mechanical thermostat, it maintains a maximum temperature of 200°F. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel and foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, this cabinet is built to last. It rolls smoothly on 6" casters and operates at 120V/60/1 with a power output of 1400 watts and 12 amps. The unit is cULus and NSF certified and meets ENERGY STAR® standards for energy efficiency.
