The Metro C5T8-DSB is a heavy-duty mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food transport and storage. This 5/6 height unit features adjustable bottom load slides with a 3-2/5" on-center spacing, accommodating up to (14) 18" x 26" or (28) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. Equipped with top mount solid state digital controls, it allows for precise temperature management, reaching a maximum of 200°F. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel and insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane, this cabinet ensures excellent heat retention. It is mobile with 6" casters for easy maneuverability and operates on a 120V/60/1 power supply, drawing 1400 watts and 12 amps.
