The Metro C5T9-ASB is a heavy-duty mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food transport and storage. This full-height cabinet features the C5™ T-Series Transport Armour™ insulation, ensuring excellent heat retention. It includes adjustable bottom load slides spaced 3-2/5" apart, accommodating up to (16) 18" x 26" or (32) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans.
Equipped with a top mount analog thermometer and an electro-mechanical thermostat, it maintains a maximum temperature of 200°F. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, this cabinet is built to last. It rolls smoothly on 6" casters for easy mobility and operates at 120V/60/1 with a power output of 1400 watts and 12 amps.
