The Metro C5T9-ASF is a heavy-duty mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food transport and storage. This full-height cabinet features the C5™ T-Series Transport Armour™ for enhanced durability and insulation. It includes fixed lip load slides with 1-7/10" spacing, accommodating up to (32) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" or GN 1/1 (65mm) pans.
Equipped with a top mount analog thermometer and an electro-mechanical thermostat, it maintains a maximum temperature of 200°F. The cabinet is constructed from 304 stainless steel and features foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation for superior heat retention. Mobility is facilitated by 6" casters, making it easy to transport. Operating at 120V/60/1 with 1400 watts and 12 amps, it meets cULus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® standards, ensuring energy efficiency and safety.
