This full-height unit features the C5™ T-Series Transport Armour™ for superior insulation, ensuring food stays at the desired temperature. It accommodates up to (32) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" or GN 1/1 (65mm) pans with fixed lip load slides spaced at 1-7/10" for easy access.
Equipped with a top-mounted analog thermometer and an electro-mechanical thermostat, it allows for precise temperature control, reaching a maximum of 200°F. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel and features foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation for enhanced thermal efficiency. Mobility is facilitated by 6" casters, making it easy to transport.
