The Metro C5T9-ASL is a heavy-duty mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food transport and storage. This full-height cabinet features the C5™ T-Series Transport Armour™ for superior insulation, ensuring your food stays at the perfect temperature. It includes adjustable lip load slides spaced at 3-2/5" on center, accommodating up to (16) 18" x 26" or (32) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans.
Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, the cabinet is equipped with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation for enhanced thermal efficiency. The top-mounted analog thermometer and electro-mechanical thermostat allow for precise temperature control, with a maximum operating temperature of 200°F.
Mobility is facilitated by 6" casters, making it easy to transport. The unit operates on 120V/60/1 power, consuming 1400 watts and 12 amps, and is compliant with NEMA 5-15P, cULus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® standards, ensuring energy efficiency and safety.
