The Metro C5T9-DSF is a heavy-duty mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food transport and storage. This full-height cabinet features Transport Armour™ insulation, ensuring efficient heat retention. It accommodates up to (32) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" or GN 1/1 (65mm) pans with fixed lip load slides spaced at 1-7/10" for easy access. The top-mounted solid-state digital controls allow for precise temperature management, with a maximum temperature of 200°F. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel and equipped with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, this cabinet is built to withstand rigorous use. It rolls smoothly on 6" casters and operates at 120V/60/1 with a power output of 1400 watts and 12 amps. The unit is cULus and NSF certified and meets ENERGY STAR® standards for energy efficiency.
