The Metro C5T9D-ASBA is a heavy-duty mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food transport and storage. Featuring the C5™ T-Series Transport Armour™ construction, this full-height dual cavity cabinet allows for independent temperature control in each compartment. It accommodates up to (14) 18" x 26" or (32) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, making it versatile for various food items.
Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel and insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane, it maintains a maximum temperature of 200°F. The cabinet includes adjustable bottom load slides set at 3-2/5" on center, a top mount analog thermometer, and an electro-mechanical thermostat for precise temperature management.
Mobility is enhanced with 6" casters, and it operates on a 120V/60/1 power supply, drawing 1400 watts and 12 amps. The unit is cULus and NSF certified, and it meets ENERGY STAR® standards for energy efficiency, making it an excellent choice for commercial kitchens and catering services.
