Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, the cabinet is equipped with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation for superior heat retention. The maximum temperature reaches 200°F, allowing for safe and efficient food holding. The top-mounted analog thermometer and electro-mechanical thermostat provide easy monitoring and adjustments.
