The Metro C5T9D-ASLA is a heavy-duty mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food transport and storage. This full-height dual cavity unit features independent temperature control for each cavity, allowing for versatile heating options. It accommodates up to (14) 18" x 26" or (28) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, making it ideal for various food service needs.
Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, the cabinet is equipped with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to maintain consistent temperatures, with a maximum heat setting of 200°F. The top-mounted analog thermometer and electro-mechanical thermostat ensure precise temperature monitoring and control.
The adjustable lip load slides are spaced at 3-2/5" on center, providing flexibility for pan placement. Mobility is enhanced with 6" casters, making it easy to transport. Operating at 120V/60/1 with a power output of 1400 watts and 12 amps, this cabinet is cULus and NSF certified, and meets ENERGY STAR® standards for energy efficiency.
