Capable of producing up to 500 pounds of H2 Nugget Ice in 24 hours at 70°/50° (365 pounds AHRI certified at 90°/70°), it meets high demand with ease.
The unit includes a 40-pound storage bin and is equipped with sealed maintenance-free bearings for durability. Its removable bin and air filter facilitate easy cleaning and maintenance. The SmoothStream™ water dispensing system, along with removable spouts and an enlarged 0.8" sink drain, enhances usability.
Designed with a spacious 11" dispensing area, the Scotsman HID540A-1 also features a recessed utility chase for streamlined installation. Constructed with a stainless steel exterior, it includes a stainless steel evaporator and auger for reliable performance. The unit is equipped with AgION™ antimicrobial protection and uses R-404a refrigerant for optimal cooling.
Additional features include a USB software upgrade port and a unit-specific QR code for easy access to information.
