Equipped with an embedded modulating thermostat every 12 inches, this griddle allows for precise temperature control. The heavy-duty knobs provide durability and ease of use, while the wrap-around stainless steel splash guard helps maintain a clean cooking area. A grease trough and stainless steel drawer facilitate easy cleanup. Built on a welded steel frame with a stainless steel front, the griddle stands on sturdy 4" legs. With a powerful output of 28,300 BTU, it is cULus and UL EPH Classified, ensuring safety and reliability. Made in the USA, the Star 615TF ships with natural gas and includes an LP conversion kit for versatility.
