The embedded modulating thermostat, positioned every 12 inches, ensures precise temperature control across the entire cooking area.
Built for durability, the griddle includes heavy-duty knobs for easy operation and a wrap-around stainless steel splash guard to maintain a clean workspace. A grease trough and stainless steel drawer facilitate efficient cleanup. The welded steel frame with a stainless steel front provides added strength, while the 4" legs offer stability. With a powerful output of 113,200 BTU, this griddle is cULus and UL EPH Classified, ensuring safety and reliability. Made in the USA, it ships with natural gas and includes an LP conversion kit for versatility.
