The Star UM1850AT Ultra-Max® Impingement Conveyor Oven is an electric countertop model designed for efficiency and versatility. Featuring a 50" conveyor length and a spacious cooking chamber measuring 18" wide by 24" long, this single-deck oven is equipped with a non-marking PTFE coated belt for smooth operation. Programmable controls allow for six menu presets, ensuring consistent results with every use. The conveyor operates left-to-right as standard but can be easily converted to right-to-left. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the bake chamber includes easy-to-clean impingement fingers for optimal performance.
