The Summit Commercial AFS23ML is a high-performance medical freezer designed for optimal storage of pharmaceuticals and sensitive materials. This reach-in, one-section unit features a spacious 23 cu. ft. capacity within a compact 28"W frame. It is equipped with a right-hinged, self-closing solid door that includes a 90° stay-open feature for easy access.
Inside, the freezer boasts four adjustable wire shelves, allowing for customizable organization of contents. An interior light enhances visibility, while an audible open door alarm and visual & audible temperature alarms ensure that conditions remain stable. The digital thermostat provides precise temperature control within a range of -30°C to -15°C, supported by forced-air cooling for uniform temperature distribution.
The frost-free defrost system minimizes maintenance, and the stainless steel interior and exterior offer durability and easy cleaning. Mobility is facilitated by four 6" casters, two of which are locking for stability. The self-contained refrigeration system features a bottom-mounted compressor and utilizes R290a Hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendly operation. This unit operates on 115v/60/1-ph power with an 8.0 amp draw and meets UL, ULC, and ETL-Sanitation standards for medical use.
