Description
The Town MF-2-STD is a high-performance gas wok range designed for professional kitchens. It features the MasterRange® design with a flue for efficient ventilation. The unit includes two cast iron, brick-lined chambers that provide excellent heat retention and distribution. Two swing faucets are conveniently mounted on a 25" backsplash for easy access to water. A strainer basket is included for added convenience, while the knee "L" lever gas handle allows for hands-free operation. The black epoxy-coated sides ensure durability and easy cleaning. This range is ETL and NSF certified, meeting rigorous safety and sanitation standards.
