Description

The Town MF-3-STD is a high-performance gas wok range designed for professional kitchens. It features the MasterRange® design with a flue for efficient ventilation. The unit includes three cast iron, brick-lined chambers that provide excellent heat retention and distribution for optimal cooking results. Equipped with three swing faucets mounted on a 25-inch backsplash, it offers convenient access to water for rinsing and cleaning. The included strainer basket enhances functionality, making it easy to manage ingredients. The knee "L" lever gas handle allows for hands-free operation, ensuring safety and ease of use.
