The Town MF-4-STD is a high-performance gas wok range designed for professional kitchens. It features a MasterRange® design with a flue for efficient ventilation. The unit includes four cast iron, brick-lined chambers that provide excellent heat retention and distribution for optimal cooking results. Each chamber is equipped with a swing faucet mounted on a 25" backsplash for easy access to water. The range also comes with a strainer basket for convenient food preparation. The knee "L" lever gas handle allows for hands-free operation, enhancing safety and efficiency. The black epoxy-coated sides ensure durability and easy cleaning. This unit is ETL and NSF certified, meeting rigorous safety and sanitation standards.
