The Town YF-5-STD is a high-performance gas wok range designed for commercial kitchens. Featuring five cooking chambers, it allows for simultaneous preparation of multiple dishes. The fiber ceramic insulation ensures optimal heat retention and energy efficiency. Equipped with five high flue risers, this range effectively manages smoke and heat. The water-cooled top enhances safety and comfort during operation. It includes Chinese swing faucets for easy access to water, and the knee "L" lever gas handle provides hands-free operation.
