The Traulsen CLPT-2708-SD-L is a compact refrigerated sandwich and salad prep table designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This one-section unit features a 27"W design that accommodates up to eight 1/6 size pans (4" deep, included) and is rated for use with 6" deep pans. The exterior is constructed from durable stainless steel, while the interior is made of anodized aluminum for easy cleaning and maintenance.
The solid door is hinged on the left and can be reversed in the field for flexible installation. A full-length removable cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. The electronic control system includes an LED display for easy monitoring of temperature settings. Inside, you'll find two epoxy-coated shelves per section for organized storage.
