The Traulsen CLPT-4818-SD-RR is a high-performance Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Unit designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This two-section refrigerated counter features a 48"W design that accommodates up to 18 (1/6 size) 4" deep pans, with the capability to use 6" deep pans as well.
