Description
The Traulsen TBC1HR-1-LP is a high-performance roll-thru blast chiller designed for efficiency and reliability in commercial kitchens. Featuring EPICON Control, this unit accommodates one rack measuring 27"W x 29"D x 72"H. It utilizes a self-contained holding refrigeration system, while a remote chilling refrigeration system is not included. Capable of chilling up to 300 lbs from 160°F to 40°F in just 155 minutes, it ensures rapid cooling to preserve food quality and safety. The front door is hinged on the left, and the rear door is also hinged on the left, providing convenient access. This model is cETLus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards for safety and sanitation.
