Description
The Traulsen TBC1HR-COR01-LP is a high-performance roll-thru blast chiller designed for efficiency and reliability in commercial kitchens. This Spec-Line model features advanced EPICON control for precise temperature management. It accommodates one rack measuring 27"W x 29"D x 72"H and is equipped with a self-contained holding refrigeration system. The unit effectively chills up to 300 lbs of food from 160°F to 40°F in just 155 minutes, ensuring food safety and quality. The front door is hinged on the left, while the rear door is hinged on the right, facilitating easy access and workflow. Additionally, it includes Corrections Features with two printers for enhanced operational efficiency. The Traulsen TBC1HR-COR01-LP is cETLus and NSF certified, meeting rigorous industry standards for safety and sanitation.
