Description
The Traulsen TBC2H-7-LP is a high-performance roll-in blast chiller designed for efficiency and reliability. Featuring EPICON control, this unit accommodates two 72" high racks, making it ideal for high-volume operations. It is equipped with a self-contained holding refrigeration system, ensuring optimal temperature maintenance. The chiller can chill between 250 to 500 pounds of food quickly and effectively. The front door is hinged on the left side and includes two printers for easy documentation. This model meets cETLus and NSF standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
