Description
The Traulsen TBC2HR-2-LP is a high-performance roll-thru blast chiller designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This Spec-Line model features EPICON Control for precise temperature management. It accommodates double-depth storage, holding two 72" high racks, making it ideal for high-volume operations. The self-contained holding refrigeration system ensures optimal chilling performance, while the remote chilling refrigeration system is not included. Capable of chilling between 250 to 500 pounds, it is perfect for rapid cooling of large batches. The front door is hinged on the right, and the rear door is also right-hinged, facilitating easy access. This unit is cETLus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards for safety and sanitation.
