The Traulsen UPT488-LL is a compact refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit features a roll-top lid that doubles as an overshelf, providing easy access to ingredients while maximizing workspace. With a width of 48 inches, it holds up to eight 1/6 pans (4 inches deep, included) and can accommodate pans up to 6 inches deep for versatile storage options.
Constructed with a stainless steel exterior for durability, the unit also includes anodized aluminum interiors and a galvanized exterior back and bottom for added strength. The hinged door opens left/left for convenient access. The rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling.
