The Traulsen UPT6012-DD is a compact refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. With a width of 60 inches, it includes four drawers: the top drawers can hold nine 1/6 pans, while the bottom drawers accommodate six 1/6 pans each (pans not included).
