The Traulsen UPT6012-RR is a compact refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit features a roll-top lid that doubles as an overshelf, providing easy access to ingredients while maximizing workspace. With a 60" width, it holds up to twelve 1/6 pans (4" deep, included) and can accommodate pans up to 6" deep for versatile storage options.
Constructed with a stainless steel exterior for durability, the unit also includes anodized aluminum interiors and a galvanized exterior back and bottom for added strength. The rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling. It operates with a 1/4 HP compressor and is equipped with six 4" casters for easy mobility. The Traulsen UPT6012-RR is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
