The Traulsen UPT6024-LL is a compact refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit features a roll-top lid that doubles as an overshelf, providing easy access to ingredients while maximizing workspace. With a 60" width, it holds up to 24 (1/6) pans that are 4" deep, and it can accommodate pans up to 6" deep for versatile storage options.
Constructed with a stainless steel exterior for durability, the unit includes anodized aluminum interiors and a galvanized exterior back and bottom for added strength. The hinged left/left door design allows for convenient access, while the rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling.
Equipped with (6) 4" casters for mobility, the Traulsen UPT6024-LL operates with a 1/4 HP compressor and meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, ensuring reliability and safety in food preparation environments.
